Renasce started operating in 1980, due to Multiplan Group's necessity to create a specialized shopping centers administrator to take care of its retail enterprises - a totally innovator proposal to the real estate market at that time. Besides administrating all of 10 malls, the company has been investing on new segments in the market. In 2005, it manages five third-party shopping centers and it keeps expansion plans.
